A friend inspired me today and i decided to pen down a story out of the many have got in my head. I would make it come out in sequences. This is my first try, so ild rily luv ur constructive criticims. No title yet! I could get an inspiration from you .................who knws.
The day started like it could explain my life in a
nutshell. The weather was really cloudy in the early hours of the morning,
it drizzled and became so bright and fair just like d nursery rhymes
"the day is bright.........". My husband "Nkem" just stepped out to pick
our three children from school. I smile. Hmmm...... Yeah! I actually
smiled. Finally, i have reasons to smile. Dont wonder too much as I put
emphasis on my smile. It was an action i never thought I could do, but
here I am sitting out in the garden of a house built and furnished by my
husband and I.
My name is Joy Nduka (Mrs). Now I am confused as to the
way to write this title "Mrs". Does it come before my name or after?
Hmmm.......whatever!!! The truth is I am a wife, mother, and happy. In a
couple of months I would be celebrating my 62nd birthday. My husband
Chidiebube Nduka is 65 and our three children Ebuka the boy and first
child is 7 and our set of female twin Chimuanya and Chimamanda aged 5.
Sometimes, I feel like God wants to use my life as a lesson
to teach the art of PERSEVERANCE. I call it an art because it is a
study only life can teach. Some people my age are grandparents, but here
I am with my children as toddlers. It was not an easy experience to
bring forth life at my age. Doctors would always advice one against such
a feat, but so was my case and God made me a "Semi Sarah".
